First session for new clients. Includes a brief communication screening, speech therapy, and a brief written summary (to be delivered within a week by email) with your child’s current communication functioning, therapy goals, and recommendations.
This is an extended or double session (60 minutes), ideal for older children who have the attention span to focus for a longer time.
This is my most common recommendation for therapy for children of all ages. Children attend for one to two 30 minute sessions per week, depending on their needs.

We offer a sibling discount while both children are getting services. These sessions are priced at $60 per 30 minute session per child.

In special circumstances, zoom sessions are available. Pricing for virtual sessions are the same as live therapy.

We accept all forms of Medicaid except CMOs, as well as all insurances. Our billing coordinator, Celeste, bills your insurance for you, but payment is expected the month after services, while waiting for insurance to pay. (You must meet your deductible before insurance will pay.)
We accept the following payment options: PayPal, Venmo, cash, and check. We also accept payment through HSAs and FSAs, and can provide detailed receipts as needed.

Outstanding balances result in a pause in services, which interrupts your child’s momentum.

We do not charge for the first no-show. For any subsequent no-shows, we charge the usual rate for the session, if you haven’t canceled according to our time policy. We do not charge for cancelled sessions if cancelled within our time policy.

We understand the challenges of family budgeting. I (Jen) always start by recommending the minimal amount of therapy we anticipate will be necessary to remediate your child’s communication challenge/s. I am extremely flexible, and as children achieve their goals, I reduce the session frequency or duration.
